Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure that the products displayed on our website are available for purchase. However, there may be occasional instances where a product is not available due to high demand or other circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you and offer you the option to select a different product or to cancel your order.
Pricing and Payment
The prices displayed on our website are quoted in RON and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment by credit card. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use the payment method you have chosen.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to Romania. You can contact us for other countries. The shipping costs and delivery times will depend on the destination and the products purchased. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your products on or before the estimated delivery date, but we do not guarantee delivery by that date.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged. We will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Warranty
Our products are covered by a one year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. If a product becomes defective during the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
